Respect Yourself. Respect Your Health.

Entering the world of health and wellness transformed not only my relationship with food but also the way I view myself. It opened my eyes to the pervasive normalization of harmful ingredients in our diets like seed oils, artificial dyes such as Red 40, high fructose corn syrup, and other additives that contribute to numerous health issues. This realization has been a powerful shift, highlighting how deeply ingrained these practices are in our society.

Embracing the transformative power of high quality meat through a carnivore and animal-based lifestyle marked the beginning of a new chapter. Not just in achieving optimal health, but in cultivating genuine self respect. Our mindset is our most powerful tool, and it starts with the belief that we deserve to look and feel our best. From there, we take intentional steps toward caring for our bodies in meaningful ways. Recognizing that God has provided us with the nourishment we need as primal beings reinforces the wisdom of returning to ancestral practices, thriving on the same nutrient rich foods our ancestors relied upon for survival and vitality.

Be cautious of those who criticize your health journey. It’s funny how no one questions choices like eating donuts for breakfast alongside a sugar laden energy drink, yet suddenly become health experts when they see someone eating quality meat, raw milk, or genuinely nourishing foods. Stay focused, remain steadfast in your goals, and block out any negativity or distractions that stand between you and the life, mindset, and body you aspire to achieve. Your journey is yours alone. Honor it unapologetically.

"So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God."

- 1 Corinthians 10:31
